- When you are ready, simply add your items to your cart and indicate your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.
- Type your personal card message and any other order detail information.
- Upon payment you will receive your email order confirmation.

- We do not ship any of our gift items by mail.
- PropUp Studio is a local Las Vegas business offering FREE delivery throughout most of the Las Vegas valley.
- We have real time inventory management systems in place and will never substitute what you see in the image with a similar balloon.
- We understand how important every last detail of your celebration is.
- Due to differences in lighting, pixel, and screen color settings, balloon color shades may vary slightly.
- Houseplants by nature have variations in shape. We will only send plants equal or greater in size to the image and dimensions you choose. Our plant gifts will always be delivered healthy and thriving along with specific care instructions with each plant.
Balloon Basics

- Air-filled balloons last a surprisingly long time. Depending on exposure to extreme temperature changes and proximity to sharp objects this can range from 1 day – 1 month
- Helium filled balloons: float between 2 days – 7 days, sometimes much longer depending on balloon size and specific balloon material. Environmental changes in humidity, altitude, and temperature will all affect float times.
- We recommend keeping balloons and balloon bouquets inside if your event or party is scheduled during our hottest, windiest or coldest Southern Nevada seasons.
Yes we do! We specialize in helium filled balloon gifts and have a large selection of themed bouquets ready for delivery. We offer the following helium balloon products for delivery:
- Helium Balloon Gift Bouquets/Balloongrams
- Jumbo Balloons with custom Tassels/Ribbons
- Personalized Jumbo Balloons
- Branded/Logo balloons for businesses
- Custom Luxury Balloon Bouquets
PropUp Studio Balloon Shop includes Hi-Float® treatment in all helium balloons at no extra charge.
- Hi-Float® is a non-toxic sealant that is used inside latex balloons to increase overall balloon floating time.
- PropUp Studio Balloon Shop uses the highest quality natural latex balloons. Latex balloons are made from the sap of rubber trees and are 100% biodegradable. Latex balloons are an organic material and are safe for the environment. To dispose, simply pin ’em and bin ’em.
- Foil/Mylar balloons, although not biodegradable are indeed often repurposed and reusable. We recommend extending their life by saving them for a future occasion. Foil balloons can easily be reinflated with air to be enjoyed again. You can also use expired foil balloons for various art projects such as gift wrapping, scrap-booking, tinsel, etc.
- We do not condone or knowingly sell or provide helium filled balloons for balloon releases. Balloon releases are prohibited and extremely harmful to the environment. For more information please visit Qualatex Balloon Release Editorial
- Un-inflated balloons present a choking hazard when handled inappropriately and are not safe to be handled by children without adult supervision.
- Natural latex rubber from latex balloons can cause allergic reactions in some individuals.

Local Gift Delivery

- We are thrilled to offer free delivery throughout many areas of the Las Vegas Valley.
- Delivery to Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Hotels and Casinos including surrounding areas require an additional delivery fee of $35
- Other areas outside of our free delivery zones require a small additional fee of $25-$35

- We do not offer pickup for balloons. As you’ve probably experienced, balloons aren’t the easiest gift to transport safely and securely
- All PropUp Studio orders are available for delivery only.
