CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Changes
Orders for balloon deliveries placed online may be cancelled or changed up to 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. After this period orders become non-refundable. Under special circumstances, small alterations can be made to card messages and arrangements.
Procedure
To make a change to your order or cancel your order, please contact us via email at hello@propupstudio.com or reach out via our contact page. All order cancellations and alterations must be submitted by email only within the prescribed time period. You will receive a response from a PropUp Studio team member within 24 hrs of your email.
Refunds Details
Charges will be refunded to the credit card used for the transaction. Payment refunds will show in your account within 5-10 days minus any payment processing charges
